I’m behind on a post… Just thought of it. Last week Saturday my wife and I ran, and our 2 kids rode their bikes. We ran my wife’s route and I had a great time with the family… although my wife didn’t want to talk while running…

Ice Cream Run

Tonight I ran while my 2 kids rode their bikes. We stopped half way during the run at the ice cream shop. After 2 twist kiddie cones we were back on track. I ran for about 30 minutes total. I’m still working my way up and trying to get more speed.
