Well I’m still active and running periodically. Not blogging every occurrence.
I did bike 24 miles with my fellow blogger gbrand last Friday.
That was a great experience. Just to think that I saved $3.20 worth of gas, and maybe more importantly got some exercise! I will have to say that I wanted to give up on the way home… and my behind was sore for a few days after. I think I need one of those springy grandma like seats if I am to bike any great distances in the future.
